Best for: Senior remote growth roles at funded startups

Indeed — Media Buyer

The biggest aggregator. Quality is mixed but volume is unmatched. Filter by 'Easy Apply' to spot recruiter shells vs direct postings.

Best for: Volume + traditional media-buying agency roles

LinkedIn — Performance Marketing

If you have a real network in the space, the warm-intro path works far better here than spray-and-pray. Set a saved alert + reach out to the hiring manager directly.

Best for: In-house growth roles at brand companies

Growthhackers Jobs

Smaller community-curated board. Focus on growth-engineer, PPC, paid-social roles at SaaS companies. Lower volume, higher signal.

Best for: Growth-engineer / paid-social specialist roles

Affilinator (affiliate-manager-focused)

Niche board for affiliate managers, affiliate program directors, partnership leads. Tighter than mainstream boards.

Best for: Affiliate manager / partnership lead

Wellfound (formerly AngelList Talent)

Startup-only board. You apply via your Wellfound profile (which doubles as your résumé). Equity transparency is a bonus.

Best for: Early-stage startup growth/PPC roles

Dynamite Jobs

Remote-first board with tighter curation than We Work Remotely. Smaller volume, higher quality.

Best for: Remote senior IC roles

Roles + comp ranges

Approximate US-market ranges, late-2025 / early-2026 levels. Outside the US, multiply by 0.5–0.8 for most non-equity-compensated markets.

Media buyer (in-house)

Runs paid acquisition for one brand or product. Owns spend, creative, landing pages, ROAS targets. Reports to head of growth or CMO.

US: $90k–$180k base + 10–20% bonus. Remote globally: $60k–$140k.

Performance marketing manager

Senior IC or junior people-manager. Owns a channel mix (Meta + Google + native + display) and a budget. Picks attribution model and tracking stack.

US: $120k–$200k base + 15–30% bonus + RSUs.

Affiliate program manager

Owns the affiliate side of a brand's revenue. Recruits partners, negotiates payouts, polices fraud. Often pure-IC at smaller brands.

US: $80k–$150k base + revenue % override.

Growth engineer

Engineer with a growth-team mandate — landing-page CRO experiments, attribution pipelines, server-side tracking, paid-search automation.

US: $150k–$250k base + RSUs.

Direct-response operator (1099 / contract)

You run your own ads against an offer for a profit-share or fixed-CPA. The whole 'super-affiliate' pattern. No salary — pure performance.

Variable. Top operators clear $300k–$2M/yr; median is below the corresponding salaried role.
