About

Built by an operator, not a content shop.

mediabuyer.site is an independent, single-operator publication covering native advertising, search arbitrage, affiliate networks, and the broader performance-media ecosystem. No VC. No AI-spam pivot. Real data, real campaigns, real opinions.

Who runs this site

mediabuyer.site is run by mediabuyer staff — an operating team whose lead editor previously served as Chief Revenue Officer and, before that, VP of Media at a major global financial-data and news portal serving tens of millions of monthly readers. That remit covered programmatic, direct sales, performance partnerships, and on-site monetization across web, mobile apps, and a multi-language footprint.

Since leaving full-time employment the team has operated as a small independent group running native-ad arbitrage campaigns on platforms such as Tonic, System1, Sedo, Bodis, and several search-feed partners. Day-to-day work includes writing headlines, building landers, setting bids, reading SQL, and reconciling spend against revenue across multiple accounts. The site you are reading is a public extension of that work.

The legal entity

mediabuyer.site is published by Luba Media S.L., a Spanish limited-liability company (sociedad limitada) registered with the Spanish tax authority (Agencia Tributaria) and the Mercantile Registry. The company is the sole operator and data controller for this website. All correspondence is routed through info@luba.media.

What this site is for

mediabuyer.site exists because the affiliate-marketing and media-buying landscape is split between paywalled spy tools and AI-generated SEO mush. Operators deserve a public, honest, continuously updated portal — the way Investing.com is for finance, or Search Engine Land is for SEO. Specifically the site provides:

  • Original reporting on networks, traffic sources, tracking tools, compliance shifts, and platform policy changes that affect performance media.
  • Comparison and benchmark pages covering affiliate networks, native ad networks, search arbitrage feeds, anti-fraud vendors, and tracking platforms.
  • An ad index of publicly served native creatives, anonymized and reproduced under research-and-criticism limitations (see editorial standards and DMCA).
  • Calculators, glossaries, and how-to guides written for working operators, not for search engines.

Editorial mission

The mission is to make performance-media operations legible to the people who actually run campaigns. That means specifics over generalities, primary sources over recycled press releases, and honest disclosure of what we do and do not know. Every piece of editorial is reviewed by a human editor before it goes live. AI is used as a drafting aid, not as a publisher. See the full editorial standards page for the rules we hold ourselves to, including independence, sourcing, and AI-assistance disclosure.

How we make money

The site is funded by display advertising, affiliate referrals to tools and networks (always disclosed), and — eventually — paid API access to the ad index. Sponsored content and paid backlinks are not accepted. Editorial coverage is never sold and is never withheld in exchange for advertiser spend. Where a piece of content discusses a vendor that also happens to be an advertiser, the relationship is disclosed inline.

Independence and conflicts

mediabuyer staff personally run paid campaigns on several of the networks covered on this site. That gives the coverage operator-level depth, but it also creates a conflict of interest: the team has direct financial relationships with traffic sources, search feeds, and tracking vendors. Every comparison or review page that involves a vendor the team is actively buying from carries an inline disclosure to that effect.
